KWCA Announces 2022-23 Academic Award Winners
Academic Honors Announced
The Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association (KWCA) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2023 Academic Awards as presented by Nutrien Ag Solutions of Beloit and Clay Center.
This year 65 Boys and 35 Girls squads were recognized with Team All-State Academic Honors. Winners of the State Academic Championships in each of the six divisions are listed below.
6-5A Girls | Pittsburg High School
4-1A Girls | Smoky Valley High School
6A Boys | Manhattan High School
5A Boys | Great Bend High School
4A Boys | Santa Fe Trail High School
3-2-1A Boys | Hoxie High School
This year set a record with 1,022 individuals earning Academic All-State as the program expanded to include Freshmen and Sophomores.
